TWO!!! Birthday Party SuperHero Style

For E's 2nd birthday we went in together with his BFF, Will who turned two 2 weeks before him. The theme: SUPERHERO. It was AWESOME. Every little detail was soooo cute and it was a lot of fun bouncing ideas back and forth with Alison to come up with the perfect party for our boys :)
The INVITE...
can we say AWEEESSSOOOOME?!?! I cant say enough about how great this invite turned out. One of our very best friends bro did it and he did AMAZING. Thank you oh so much, Chris!

The details...

The Yummy Goodness
top left/bottom right: The boys each had their own little cakes from Whole Foods. Will had vanilla and E had chocolate. They turned out super cute.
top right: the sugar cookies that we baked and decorated to give away as party favors.
bottom left: yummy cupcakes from Ashley Macs

The Birthday Banner...
Alisons cousin, Lauren made this. She did such a good job and it was so creative. It was definitely what we had in mind to go along with everything else for the party. Thank you so much Lauren :)

close ups.
close ups take two.

The Outfits...
We had the reversible capes made from an Etsy site called Pip and Bean, and then Alison and I each made the Emblems for their shirts. We were both really pleased with how they turned out.

The BIRTHDAY BOYS...
Captain Elias
Wonder Will

The boys and their SuperHero friends, their BFF's, also more affectionately know as the... Stroller Mafia

The Outfit Change...
A local printing place printed these up for us. They wore these during their cake festivities.

Will dove in face first without a second thought...even double fisting at times...

Elias was a little more reserved and eventually asked for a fork. Ha. He is not a fan of having things on his hands.

Make a Wish, baby boy.
